Our domestic pro­cess­ing facil­i­ty has the lat­est state of the art stain­less and carbon steel fab­ri­ca­tion equipment.
Cre­ative, chal­leng­ing designs are our spe­cialty. We can pro­vide con­sis­tent, pre­ci­sion, value-added pro­duc­tion through our laser lines in Con­roe Texas. For the most chal­leng­ing com­po­nents, we can use our family of companies for whichever is best suited to han­dle the job.
Our in house equip­ment includes 3 lasers cutters to process plate into bar or strips for laser welded components. These allow us to cut slots, holes, tapers and any special cut-outs your design calls for. We have multiple laser welders in our man­u­fac­tur­ing facil­ity for both carbon and stainless steel. In addi­tion to laser welding, we can MIG, TIG and con­ven­tional weld. With these processes we can add tabs, base plates, end caps and more. For com­pli­cated sec­tions or parts, we have a five-axis laser that is capa­ble of laser fusion as well as laser hybrid joining.
Final pro­cess­ing stages include machin­ing, grind­ing, shot blast­ing, passivating, and polishing. Our new stainless steel polishing line can provide all the standard finishes from a #4, #6, #8 and non-directional polishing.
