Stainless Structurals is proud to announce that our Conroe, Texas manufacturing facility has achieved certification from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) as a Building Fabricator.
This certification represents an important milestone for Stainless Structurals and, more importantly, reflects the commitment and hard work of our Quality and Production teams.
AISC certification is built around a documented quality management system and consistent processes throughout fabrication operations. Achieving certification required our team to demonstrate that the systems, procedures, documentation, and controls used throughout our operation meet AISC’s certification requirements.
For Stainless Structurals, the achievement reinforces something our customers have relied on for years: a commitment to producing structural steel components with consistent quality, traceability, and disciplined manufacturing processes.
A Team Achievement
Reaching this milestone required significant preparation and coordination across our Conroe operation. Our Quality team led the certification effort, working closely with Production to review procedures, strengthen documentation, verify processes, and prepare the facility for the AISC certification audit.
The result was not simply passing an audit. The process helped strengthen the systems we use every day to manufacture and fabricate products for demanding structural applications.
This certification belongs to the people who made it happen. We want to recognize our Quality and Production teams for the time, attention to detail, and commitment they put into achieving this important milestone.
Building on Our Capabilities
AISC certification further strengthens Stainless Structurals’ position as a U.S. manufacturer of custom structural steel profiles and fabricated components.
From our facility in Conroe, Texas, Stainless Structurals manufactures laser-fused structural profiles and provides value-added fabrication capabilities for projects across architectural, structural, industrial, infrastructure, and other demanding applications.
The new AISC Building Fabricator certification gives engineers, fabricators, general contractors, and project owners additional confidence that our fabrication operations are supported by a recognized and independently evaluated quality system.
It also opens the door to projects where AISC certification is specified or required, expanding the range of opportunities our team can support.
Continuing to Raise the Standard
Achieving AISC certification is another step in the continued development of our U.S. manufacturing capabilities.
As Stainless Structurals continues to grow, we remain focused on investing in our people, processes, equipment, and quality systems so that we can provide customers with more than structural profiles. We want to be a trusted manufacturing and fabrication partner from initial design through finished product.
Congratulations to our Quality and Production teams for making this achievement possible.
