Services
- Design: The process begins with the design phase where our team can assist with questions on material availability, alloys, finishes, do-ability, and more.
- Material Selection: Stainless steel comes in various grades, each with different properties suited to different applications. We can assist with appropriate grade selection for your project based on factors such as corrosion resistance, strength, and appearance.
- Quality Control: Throughout the fabrication process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the final products meet the required specifications and standards. We are also ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Fabrication Capabilities
- Cut to Length and Special Cut-Outs: We have multiple saws to offer profiles cut to your desired length. We also can do special cut outs like slots and holes with one of our laser cutting machines.
- Milling and Grinding: We have a milling machine and automated grinders that can do grooves and slots as well as aesthetics on weld seams to meet the highest AESS guidelines.
- Welding: Joining stainless steel components together is commonly done through welding. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, and spot welding are some of the techniques used in stainless steel fabrication. While those are standard processes, we set the standard with our proprietary laser welding technology. This is the same technology used to produce our standard and custom structural profiles. Our welding processes allow us to offer tapered profiles and we can also weld on base plates, tabs and more.
- Finishing: After fabrication and welding, the stainless steel surfaces may undergo finishing processes to improve appearance and durability. We offer our standard blasted and pickled finish on all steel profiles. We also have a new stainless steel polishing line where we can offer up to a #8 mirror finish.
- Assembly: In many cases, fabricated stainless steel components are assembled with other materials or components to create finished products or structures. Our team can assist with these assemblies for certain projects and requirements.
