Each of our facilities has some unique capability for fabrication services. That includes machining, cut-to-length, laser, MIG, TIG and conventionalwelding, grinding, shot blasting, passivation and press brake forming. Our Innostahl plant, for example, can provide extremely sophisticated three-dimentional, five axis laser and hybrid welding. Montanstahl has a 2000 ton 40' press brake that can form 40' of 1/2" stainless, or thicker plates in shorter lengths. Motanstahl also has a cut-to-lenght line that is capable of cutting and leveling 60,000 lb coils of 3/4" stainless plate. To date, no mill in the world can produce coil in that thickness, but when they do, we're ready.
