Stainless Structurals, LLC produces and distributes stainless, alloy and carbon steel profiles. Our size range and scope of capabilities is by far the largest in the industry.
We are the Western Hemisphere source for stainless steel W beams, S beams, I beams, channels, angles, and tees. These match the profile dimensions of standard carbon sections. We stock most of the popular sizes in T304/L and T316/L.
Other grades and special sections are available from production. We currently produce solids and hollows, in both metric and Imperial dimensions. We produce profiles for many different applications including structural, industrial, mechanical, architectural and more. If you can dream it up, chances are we can make it.
Our most popular production technology is laser fusion, an effective and economical alternative to extrusions or conventional weldments, providing closer tolerances, superior joint integrity and more consistent finishes. Our laser fused sections are to specification ASTM A1069. In addition to laser fusion, we produce profiles through a variety of other manufacturing technologies including, hot rolling, cold rolling, cold drawing and press fit. Our vast range of capabilities allows us to produce shapes in stainless, alloy and carbon steels.
